Ay, ganyan din ang result ng nephew ko a few months ago, at honestly ang best thing to do is i-follow up with her pedia agad kasi kahit "few" lang ang bacteria, dapat pa rin sila ma-check properly, sometimes it's just contamination from the sample, pero better safe than sorry with UTIs sa kids! One of my mum friends' daughter had similar results at yung doctor pa rin nag-prescribe ng antibiotics kaya I'd really recommend bringing the whole test result to your daughter's doctor para sila ang mag-confirm kung may infection talaga or kailangan lang ng repeat test.
