Why do we need to keep breast milk?

Going to be a first time mum. Breast milk storage bag was one of the 'must buy' item in my list. However husband say not necessary. His reason - I just need to breast feed each time baby is hungry. He say I need not keep my excess milk once baby had enough. He have seen lots of online mummies who kept bags & bags of breast milk in the freezer but end up they either give away or throw away. But no mama wants to dump away their precious breast milk. Any other reason why we keep breast milk? How can I explain to my husband the need to store breastmilk?

For me, I expressed it if baby didn't drink. This is for me to keep and store the milk for my baby go to infant care. I would express as much as possible as when baby enrolled to infant care, they drink at least 3timenper day and each time will be like 80ml or more. If you do have excess milk which your baby didn't drink and you would like to discard, you could use it to make breastmilk soap bar... Personally, I suggest to store the milk. Breastmilk really save a lot of money! Can you imagine how much could you save if you could breastfeed baby until baby turns 2years old...
