Stomach flu or any illness, Dr asked if school has similar cases?

Do u go and ask school each time baby fall sick because there's this form and Dr will ask which ifc and if got similar cases?

They will randomly ask but they don't ask to fill up form etc. Because doctors do know that it is common now for children as early as 1 month old to be affected with such viral infection like cough, flu even without going infact care.

my son goes to ifc. he's caught the flu a few times & the PD we see has never asked for details like which school he goes to. only asks if anyone close to baby is sick? If no, does he go to ifc? also I've never filled up any forms..
