Pass GD test but glucose in urine

Oh don't worry too much, this is actually more common than you think during pregnancy! From what I understand, it's called glycosuria, basically your kidneys work differently when you're pregnant, so glucose can "leak" through into the urine even when your blood sugar levels are technically fine. A friend of mine went through the same thing and her doctor reassured her it wasn't a concern as long as her actual glucose test numbers were within range. The urine dip test and the proper glucose tolerance test are really measuring different things.
