If I could do one thing to create a healthier home for my family, it would be to make our home a place where every breath feels safe and every heart feels at peace. As a first-time mum expecting my little boy, I’ve realised that a healthy home isn’t just about keeping things clean. It’s about creating a space where my baby can take his first breaths with cleaner air, where our toy poodle, Waffles, can stay comfortable despite his sensitive skin, and where my family can relax after a long day without worrying about allergens, humidity or unpleasant odours. I want my son to grow up in a home filled with fresh air, laughter and love, a place where wellness becomes part of our everyday life.
