gdm mummy help please

Hi any gdm mummies out here? i'm 33week, not on insulin just on diet control. this past week, my blood sugar level in the morning for pre, is always higher than 5.5 . which is not good. i dont eat supper, before sleep i will always do a 5-10min jog on the spot workout. why isit still high 😭

before sleep jog only is not enough. you should go for walks after each meal.

cant go out i have children to take care of 😅 maybe i'll find other workouts
