Any alternative for obimin & fish oil?

ftm here, was given obimin and fish oil for 12w onwards. is there any alternatives for obimin & fish oil? i had a hard time swallowing those. pls advice! TYIA!#advicepls #FTM #firstbaby

i told my gynae i keep vomit after consuming both the obimin and fish oil. He say its ok not to take as it's just an extra supplement. Drinking maternal milk is more than enough.

i only take folic acid and maternal milk..
