Looks like it’s quite light. Could be that while washing down there you might have cut yourself if your nails are long? Or for me, when too dry, I use tissue to wipe it can also break the skin around that area. It’s quite sensitive.
It doesn’t look dangerous. Pls monitor some more and check if it’s increasing...
There can be spotting in early pregnancy. However, monitor carefully.
