Hi, As far as formula milk is concerned, it must be mentioned outside the container of the formula milk, and apart from that you can feed all home-made food nicely mashed so that there is no possibility of choking. Like if you are feeding dal to your baby, then make her have half a bowl and if it is cottage cheese then may be one slice. Your baby will herself tell you when she will be full as then she will start throwing food and will not swallow it. See, we should always feed adequately, and remember never to overfeed the baby. You can feed the baby solids two three times a day. I am sharing a link that mentions the quantity that you should be giving to a 6 month old. And also about signals that babes give that they are full. http://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/howmuchbabyeat.htm https://www.healthlinkbc.ca/healthy-eating/sample-meals-baby-6-12-month

hi dear, i feel you have introduced solids a little too early, isn't it? at this age, you should generally introduce her to liquids and then semi-solids, and introduce solids only once she is 7 months old. at this age, the quantity is really very small, just a few tiny spoons. also, you should really go by how your baby guides you. generally, babies will spit out any extra food the moment they are full. so do not try to overfeed. read the directions carefully regarding the instructions on quantity, as different formula will have different instructions and quantity suggestions. but make sure you follow them properly. more than store-bought foods, try to give her as much homemade food as you can :)

Thanks for replying dear
