Skin condition similar to goosebumps

Found my baby to have developed rough patches on her legs and hands similar to goosebumps since yesterday. Anyone had same experience before?

Can monitor for a few days. It could be fungal infection. Perhaps go get it checked.

Yes. But I didn't really bring her to see doctor. Just let it be.
