Formula milk : Is there any way to prevent heatiness? Reduce number of scoops or dilute more water?

for baby 9 month old. i will suggest dun dilute with water or decrease the scoop of milk powder. cos this will decrease the nutrients too. jusy give more water in between. if not can consider change brand of the milk powder
