Any foods that I should avoid after pregnancy to make sure that I do not pile on kilos?

Avoid processed food (eg Ham, Sausages, Canned Food etc..) , don't splurge on to high sugary food and desserts. "Eating for two" simply means eating more nutritious and healthy food, not 2 portions. rem to exercise! swimming is the best!
