Fitness program to reco?

Any fitness program/app to reco? Currently in my first trimester, looking to do a mix of HIIT, strength, stretches, yoga throughout my pregnancy! TIA

My gynae suggest not to start any exercise if you did not do any exercise before u are pregnant . Reason being you wouldn’t want to / wouldn’t know what u can or cannot do, hence may hurt urself . Maybe u want ask ur gynae for advice first
