Any pregnant mums feel fat and lousy about yourself?

not gonna lie but i feel so insecure whenever people say "omg your bump are so huge right now" "oh you wait later you will gain more weight" "it will be difficult to lose weight after birth" like none of it was positive words and it's always from closes family that saying those stuff. yknow what? it is okay. we are growing a new life inside us. just gotta stay positive
