Haii sayang! Bleeding at week 4 postpartum tu memang boleh normal, tapi kena check dengan doctor terus, jangan delay ye. Banyak kemungkinan (hormone changes, infection, retained placenta) and only doctor boleh assess properly lah. In the meantime, if the bleeding is very heavy (soaking through pads dalam minutes) or you're feeling dizzy/feverish, go to A&E sekarang juga okay?
