I've been there during my 1st trimester, halos lahat tinry ko na like more water in take, green leafy veggies, high in fiber fruits like hinog na papaya, Prune juice and so on.. pero ang pinaka nakapag padali sakin mag poop is warm water every after a meal and Oatmeal. 😊
