First trimester and having sudden cravings for lobster rolls. Can anyone advise if it's safe to eat?

i ate during my first trimester but just a few mouths hehee ! not the whole roll 🤪 probably 1/3 to 3/5 size 😆 you can check under food & nutrition from this app.
