Face rashes during pregnancy

Hello all, first time mum here, 9 weeks pregnant. Since 2-3 weeks ago I’ve developed these reddish patches (look like rashes) around my nose and mouth area. It is not itchy but stings a little when i wash my face / apply creams. Wondering if it is due to pregnancy hormones, as I never had it before in my life. Anyone knows the remedy for this, or can recommend a good dermatologist? Thanks!

Yes, I had the same too, around my lips. Was really stressing me out but the spots started to dry out and peel over another 2 weeks or so. Now in week 14, my skin is back to normal. I haven’t changed any skincare products/routine. Same products before and during pregnancy - I use mostly Sukin and Cetaphil, Garnier scrub and some toner from Japan (can’t read the name, was a gift)
