Feeling nauseous when drinking milk

Hi, first time mom here. Already on my 13th week of pregnancy. Anyone here who feels nauseous after uminom ng milk? I tried cold and warm milk already pero after drinking, I start to feel uncomfortable with the urge to throw up. 🥺 What do you usually do? Thanks🫄
