Feeling nauseous when drinking milk

Hi, first time mom here. Already on my 13th week of pregnancy. Anyone here who feels nauseous after uminom ng milk? I tried cold and warm milk already pero after drinking, I start to feel uncomfortable with the urge to throw up. 🥺 What do you usually do? Thanks🫄

Ay, totally normal yan sa pregnancy, mama! Try milk alternatives like lactose-free milk, almond milk, or condensed milk mixed sa coffee, maraming moms namin dito ang nag-switch kasi ang regular milk talaga ay sobrang heavy sa stomach during pregnancy, lalo na sa first trimester. You can also get your calcium from yogurt, cheese, leafy greens, or even fortified juice kung mas kaya mo. But since you're in your first trimester pa lang and the nausea is really bothering you, best to mention it to your OB para ma-check kung may underlying cause at ma-suggest nila kung anong alternatives ang best for you and baby.
