HCG numbers can vary a lot from person to person, and not every pregnancy follows the “perfect doubling” pattern. A 57% rise in 48 hours is slower than ideal, but many doctors also look at the overall trend together with the ultrasound, not just one number alone.
At around 5 weeks, sometimes it’s still too early to know much from HCG alone. Your appointment tomorrow will probably give a clearer picture, especially if they can check the sac or heartbeat. For now, try not to assume the worst before getting more information ❤️
