I would recommend sleeping on your side, keeping your legs and knees bent. You could also put a pillow behind your back, in between your legs and one below your belly for added comfort. http://ph.theasianparent.com/pregnancy-concerns-sleeping-on-your-left-side/

You might want to try the nursing pillow i got during my pregnancy and maybe you can also try to take a warm bath before sleeptime.
It is advisable to sleep on your left side. If this is difficult, get a pregnancy pillow. I slept like a baby with it.
