Do fellow mummies take GNC prenatal fish oil or just normal fish oil from GNC?
Hi there, I prefer taking the prenatal ones - I’m not sure…I can’t remember if it’s the dosage that swayed my choice or the ingredients - they tend to make it more Erm, palatable and with less allergens for mums I think??!
the prenatal GNC Fish oil only have DHA content.. doesnt have a combination of DHA and EPA.
