water retention in feet

My feet is so swollen. Drank water, elevate legs at night but its still swollen!! Im back to work alrd so i cant elevate my leg at work... any remedies?? Pls help! I can hardly walk. ?

Ha

Once it's already swollen you can't really reverse it unfortunately 😭. You can also elevate your legs while working by putting your legs up on a drawer or something. Also cut down on salt & oily food!
