Vomit (first trimester)

Feeling very miserable. Vomit everytime i eat something. Can someone help? I dont know what to do ??

Try to eat small meals every few hours rather than big meals 3 times a day. Also, drink plenty of liquids (water, juice). Gingers are very helpul in nausea & vomiting. Either have it in a drink or keep it handy & smell it when feel nauseated. Hope you feel better soon. Take care :)
