Haha yes some days the house is a mess AND my mind is a mess and that's okay! I find that doing a simple 5 minute tidy up of my space actually helps calm my mind too because a cleaner space really does equal a clearer head! Deep breathing or a quick 5 minute meditation on YouTube also helps me reset super fast when I feel scattered!
