Feeling discomfort

Feeling discomfort cuz I’m hungry turn out I vomit out instead . Tried eating something light n drink soya but still, feeling discomfort , afterward every time I eat I will vomit again later on isit normal ?

I was feeling the same during my first 12 weeks, now at 13th is getting a little better for appetite. I usually try to eat things that are easy on me, like porridge, bread, those wholemeal plain biscuits help too. Some fruits like cherry plums help since they are sour and sweet.
