Faceshield is safe for new born? If not how to ensure baby protection while its in hospital?

Hi Latha, I don’t think it’s even possible to have babies wear a face shield - not sure if they have ones that fit :) although it would look a little cute too :) Hospitals have protocols to keep babies safe in the maternity section of the hospital grounds so I don’t think you need to be too worried about that. Breastfeeding is one way that you can help ensure that baby gets lots of antibodies so that she can stay strong and healthy. Sorry if this isn’t the answer you’re looking for and I understand these are tough times where new parents are so anxious. However I’m inclined to think that our babies are more resilient than we think they might be :)
