Hi Latha, The original Mongan Method which is where hypnobirthing originated recommends 5 weeks of 2.5h seasons. This is because hypnobirthing is based on the principle of conditioning the mind which takes time and practice. I’m looking to conduct a free hypnobirthing session for a couple who’s interested.
