Hi everyone,
I’m in my 5th week and I’m feeling a lot of muscle pain in behind my knees, thigh and arch of my feet. I’ve been using compression socks which alleviates the pain but not sure what else I can do since I’ve heard that it’s not encouraged for pregnant women to go for massage or use salon pas. I already go for regular chiropractic sessions (since before pregnancy) but my next session is only in another 2 weeks.
Any tips would be appreciated! Thank you!
