Hello everyone, Iam doing workout to reduce my postpartum weight. Does only workout burn calories ? Is burning calories by breastfeeding do the same job? Curious 🙄
Hi mum I lost 4kg during 2 months CB by exercising 3-5x per week for 30-60mins. I also cook healthy meal at home, cooking more of protein like meat and veggies than carbs like rice and noodles.
