Am I a selfish mom?

Hi everyone. Just want to ask everyone's opinion on this subject. Is it selfish for me to join my company trip for only 11 hours while my toddler is sick? During my trip my husband is taking care of our child but I feel very guilty leaving them behind as it was supposed to be our trip together too. And I am currently feeling so selfish because I did go to that trip. Just need the moms opinion on this.
