This is commonly known as baby acne. They will go away soon, so don’t worry about it. I believe many babies experienced this before including my very own kid when she’s an infant. All you can do is to use cloth (moist) with clean cooling water to wipe the face now and then to keep it hygienic will do. Don’t need to specifically do anything to it and pls don’t squeeze them in order not to scar the face of your lovely infant.

Hi there, this seems pretty serious. Have u seen the doctor yet? And hopefully u have some progress? I’ve used I think mostly all of the products for daughter for last 12 years until now I discovered this really good product. It’s also important that the detergents we use are safe, non toxic and free of parabens. Do contact me privately at 92330648 and I can share more with you what I do for my daughter the last 12 years.

My LO had it and flared up when she was 4 weeks old. She had it on her cheeks, neck and a little.on chest area. I went to Naaman skin centre - Dr Khoo at Novena. Doctor diagnosed it as baby acne and ezcema. I would suggest u visit the skin doctor before it get worst.

Looks like baby acne. Their skin very sensitive so don't apply anything. Just keep it clean and cool temperature. If baby is warm or hot may aggravate. But I do heard of people try to treat with breast milk. Personally I never try before

For us Breastmilk did help. Just applied a bit of fresh milk at night with a cotton ball. After a week or so it cleared up. Plus we’ve been giving him milk baths. His skin is really soft and irritations.

My girl had it for about a month before it went away on its own. Its normal. Its just baby's oil glands regulating. First few weeks of life baby still has our hormones in their system. Just keep baby's face clean and dry.

Happened to my LO also. Went to see the doc and was told its normal and will go away on its own. But subsequently, we cleaned his face with warm water and clean his cot from time to time.

Aww please see a pd. In the meantime do not apply any cream or powder on his face yea. After bath, pat it gently with a soft towel/ cotton ball.
