hmm i think somewhere in between! For me, it’s less about choosing one style and more about what works for my child and our family. :) Some things from our parents’ time still make sense, but others I’ve adjusted because we know more now about children’s development.

Actually a mix of both. I dont say that traditional teaching methods doesnt work 100%.. so i actually keep whatever that i feel is good that my parents did, and then also combine it with the modern parenting style. Yea i guess everything evolves

both i guess. i just parent based on my knowledge and experience. my MIL which is so much older than my own mum, never say anything abt my parenting style (only scold my hubs for his style bc sometimes so bullshit 😂).

Super Mum

I just do it as I see fit 😂 And so far, my parents and in-laws and friends feel that there are no issues with my parenting.. so I just carry on doing what I’m doing

Completely different to my parents. Would say ours is evidence based parenting. Theirs was off the cuff parenting. They just did whatever came to mind with no research

Mixture of both. Good to have traditional values/practices with a mix of modern values/practices in today's modern society.

both bc there are times where i personally felt that prolly some of the traditional ways actually do makes sense..

Personally believe in a mix of both
