Just take it slow and plan a very chill itinerary😊 agree with others - wear compression stockings on flights and at nights before sleep (it helps after a long day of walking), get enough rest whenever u can, do not lift or carry heavy items (leave the luggage to husband!), best not to not eat raw salad, smoked meat, and soft cheese in europe cities.
