Hi Everybody! Can you recommend me magnesium supplement? I take NOW Magnesium citrate and it causes for me diarrhea.

one common side effect of (too much) magnesium is diarrhoea. perhaps you can try reducing the dosage first and see how it goes.

May I know why are you taking magnesium? One of the side effect is it will cause diarrhoea hence I stopped
