Calcium supplement wrong dosage

Hi there, have accidentally given my child (19 months old) a wrong dosage of calcium supplement (which includes zinc and magnesium) for a period of time (about 2 bottles worth). We have stopped the supplement for about 2 to 3 weeks as it ran out of stock and I just realised that I have given the wrong dosage. My child seems fine at this point and has no obvious signs of discomfort but I am worried. Would you see a doctor and would the right course of action be to take a blood test? TIA!
