Every now and then I will feel super upset and depressed about my life. There isn't any big issue really, I don't even know if I'm kicking up a big fuss and being oversensitive. I'm thinking of going to see a counsellor but I'm afraid she will find my issues too trivial, and end up wasting everyone's time. Anyone have seen one before? How is it like?

Nothing it’s too trivial and don’t feel that too pls You may call counsellor hotline first and talk to the professional trained volunteers. They will advise you on what to do and which counselling center is near and suitable for you.
