Every now and then I will feel super upset and depressed about my life. There isn't any big issue really, I don't even know if I'm kicking up a big fuss and being oversensitive. I'm thinking of going to see a counsellor but I'm afraid she will find my issues too trivial, and end up wasting everyone's time. Anyone have seen one before? How is it like?

Nothing is trivial especially when you feel that it's affecting you! It's good to go and see a counsellor where you are aware that sole is affecting you right now then being in denial.
