Hi mama, It is safe but don’t scrimp and save on oils. Get the better quality ones. There’s this book that I’d recommend by a qualified aromatherapist. You can get it at the library and it lists all the scientific names of the essential oils you should use, side effects or benefits and so on. Super useful.
