Sleepless & Restless

Entering 21 weeks and I’m beginning to feel restless and unable to get a full night sleep due to cramps and aches. Does all mummies go through this as well?

I did for sure. It was bad for me. When i was ard my last trimester, i had to sleep in a semi sitting position.

Yes I did that, but only manage to get sleep for an hour then I’m back to searching for a more comfortable position.
