Chicken And Eggs After Csect

My confinement nanny told me to avoid chicken until my gynae checked my wound and said it is healing well which is around 10 days after c-sec. Eggs to avoid until end of confinement

I didn't avoid at all even the hospital was serving egg and chicken right after I delivered. Wound healed fine

I didnt avoid the chicken and eggs as they were in my confinement catering. So far my wound is healing fine.

Best to avoid 100days according to my elderly grandmother.

Chicken was in my confinement menu so i didn’t avoid it
