Confuse baby gender

During the 20 wks scan, kkh told us its a girl. But in the report written as boy. And the doctor pointed a vagina on the screen but printed i saw smthing like 2 balls together. Decided to just buy neutral colours for baby stuffs. Anyone had similar experience whereby baby born different gender when told during scan? To me as long baby healthy but im just curios.
