Due to morning sickness, I cant mouth in my daily required caffeine as result to many days of headache. Is it adviceable to take a panadol extra strong? My headache is really very bad, 9weeks preggy now
Avoid caffeine as a whole during pregnancy. you can take one panadol a day.
but if you headache keeps reoccurring and severe please visit a doc. take care!
