Due to morning sickness, I cant mouth in my daily required caffeine as result to many days of headache. Is it adviceable to take a panadol extra strong? My headache is really very bad, 9weeks preggy now

Panadol extra strong nt advisable during pregnancy.

can only take normal panadol. try to sleep more

Try to reduce both caffeine and panadol!
