headache

Due to morning sickness, I cant mouth in my daily required caffeine as result to many days of headache. Is it adviceable to take a panadol extra strong? My headache is really very bad, 9weeks preggy now

Hi, Please take regular panadol and also have regular sleep. Caffeine should be avoided during pregnancy
