Yes of course because u are breastfeeding. It gives u the nutrients and energy to continue. But what I do is that I drink 1 glass of Frisomum in the morning and at night I drink Arla organic Milk. Feel that it’s not that “heavy” and filling at night but I must have the Frisomum in the morning as it keeps me going when looking after my newborn.
