Fibroids and cysts detected during ultrasound

Hi all, my dr found two fibroids (~5cm and 3cm) and some cysts during the ultrasound. He said it’s nothing to be worried about at the moment. Does anyone has similar experience? And has anyone done myomectomy along with c-sec b4?
