Does this look like ringworm to any of you? I know the "ring" isn't clearly defined yet but just want to be sure to treat it early so it doesn't get too itchy/bad for baby. The white part in the center is a bit scaly/paper-like to touch compared to the rest of her skin

@Roshni it's been there for just 3-4 days. Baby doesn't seem to find it itchy
