Do u feel full all the time? (1st trimester)

Yes. Even if i tried to eat more (thinking of the nutrients), i just vomit it all out. Your appetite will grow in the second trimester (mine did) and I gained a lot of weight then. Try taking in liquid if you can’t eat like juice and milk!
